all scheduling must be done online and at least 1 hour before a class and 8 hours before an appointment. Payment is due upon scheduling. Scheduling can be done up to 6 months in advance. Participants are responsible for their own schedule and cancellations using online platform or smart phone app expiration all purchases expire 6 months from purchase date cancellation-early cancellation occuring more then 8 hours prior to appointment and 2 hours prior to class are considered early and participant will retain credit for the class cancellation-late cancellations occuring less then 8 hours prior to an appointment and 2 hours prior to class are considered late and participant will lose credit for the class no show failure to cancel class results in loss of class credit extenuating circumstances credit for no shows or late cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis |
