See Well, Balance Well, Move Well
5 week Z-Health® Workshops with Jeff Lewis
Move well, balance well, see well. Come join us in exploring ways to improve our dexterity, be able to catch ourselves before we fall, and train our eyes to track the world as it moves around us. In this 6-week course, we will mobilize all the major joints in our body, challenge our vestibular (balance) system, and look at vision in much more depth than letters on a wall.
Week 1: Talk about goals, discuss higher level nervous system function than others teach and start to see what may have been holding us back that we never realized. We will start with some basic jaw mobility, great for any of you with TMJ/sleep issues!
Week 2: Foot and hand mobility, gaze stabilization.
Week 3: Wrists and ankles, eye convergence and divergence.
Week 4: Knees and elbows, eye circles, hips and shoulders, saccades and smooth pursuits.
Week 5: Neck, Spine and Pelvis.
After this course, you will find that your confidence in movement has greatly increased, allowing you to pursue any type of performance goal. These skills are valuable for all activities and that full-contact sport we call life. Over many years, we have accumulated a great many compensations. Take the time to fix those and watch your potential increase in no time!
This class runs every week for 5 weeks. Cost is $150. Weekly emails with a summary of weekly class curriculum, and drill follow-along videos will be included. Package this with 3 discounted private one hour sessions for $350 ($100 savings). In private sessions we will take the time to refine the drills, answer question, talk more about your own personal goals and lay out your own path forward.
