Jeanine Jenkins, MA, LMT
Jeanine moved to Tucson in 2012 to teach massage at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies. She teaches Swedish massage and introductory classes in Ayurveda, reflexology, lymphatic drainage and elder massage. She is a graduate of ASIS Massage Education and offers integrative massages for the community. Jeanine enjoys walking in the desert, dancing, her cats, her family and she loves being a mother. She looks forward to booking a massage with you.
Phoebe Jenkins, LMT, Certified Holistic Health Coach
Phoebe is a certified holistic Health Coach, IntenSati fitness leader and professional massage therapist. She received her training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrated Nutrition, a cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. Her studies focused on over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world's top health and wellness experts including: Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University and Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating.
Phoebe studied IntenSati fitness in New York City, received her group fitness teaching certification through AFAA in Miami, FL, and graduated from the Arizona School of Integrated Studies in professional massage therapy and body work. She is available for massage treatments, health coaching and IntenSati group fitness classes at BodyQuest Pilates.
