my love of movement began...the best decision I ever made was going to my second ultimate frisbee practice. The running, throwing and catching incorporates so much of what the human body is capable of.
i believe sport... is problem solving through movement and when we can give people the tools to solve those problems, they are truly able to explore what they can do.
